The 25-3162 ADQ35-PDRX FWATD trigger app note​ present a method for achieving noise suppression in accumulation. 

It is recommended for being used with ADQ35 and ADQ35-PDRX when accumulating many waveforms.

The Fractional-N PLL in the appl note requires that the ADQ35 is the timing master in the system. This may require some redesign. For just triggering the pulse source, the app note figure ??? Is a solution. If more well-controlled signals are needed, this is a solution.

▪The Fractional-N PLL trigger the pulse source. The trigger is also a clock reference for an FPGA or uP that can generate states¨andcontrol signals.

▪If the trigger rate is too low to run a PLL, a higher frequency can be used and a gate sets the trigger rate for the pulse source

▪In this way synchronism is achieved between all parts.
