With the acquisition of e2v by Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, a
leading provider of sophisticated instrumentation, digital imaging
products and software, aerospace and defense electronics, and engineered
systems, we are delighted to announce that SP Devices is now operating as
a part of the instrumentation segment of Teledyne under the brand name of
Teledyne SP Devices.
Within Teledyne, SP Devices expands its technology access, engineering
excellence, and critical know-how, thereby reinforcing capabilities and
services as well as its long-term supplier commitments to customers of
embedded digitizers and modular instruments.
With the acquisition, Teledyne SP Devices will operate in close
cooperation with the oscilloscope, protocol analyzer, and test and
measurement solution provider Teledyne LeCroy. Teledyne LeCroy is the
established leader in high resolution, high channel count oscilloscopes
and will together with SP Devices provide leading edge modular and
embedded data acquisition and signal generation solutions. Teledyne SP
Devices will further continue to collaborate with the broadband data
converter business of Teledyne e2v providing high-performance,
high-reliability data converter solutions.
