HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE FOR IMPROVED IMAGE QUALITY
With 14 bits resolution, the spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of ADQ14OCT is typically about 10 - 15 dB better than competing SS-OCT digitizers. This enables the capture of weaker reflections which allows for deeper tissue penetration.FLEXIBLE AND ROBUST CLOCKING
ADQ14OCT supports external k-clocking with frequencies varying between 10 MHz to 1 GHz. It also features built-in instant recovery in situations where the k-clock is invalid.EMBEDDED REAL-TIME OCT PROCESSING
The built-in real-time OCT digital signal processing (DSP) consist of k-space remapping, configurable FFT with windowing (up to 32k points), magnitude and logarithm functions, and optional post-processing truncation.POWERFUL TRIGGERING
ADQ14OCT features inputs for external A-scan and B-scan triggers and support programmable trigger threshold, impedance, and polarity. It supports A-scan rates of up to 1 MHz at 1024 wavelengths per sweep and also offers back-to-back sweep acquisition.HIGH DATA TRANSFER RATE AND PEER-TO-PEER TO GPU
ADQ14OCT supports sustained streaming of up to 1 billion wavelengths/s to the host PC. For customers that prefer using graphics processing units (GPUs), we instead offer a solution based on ADQ14DC-2X. This solution requires fixed k-clock frequency and also lacks the embedded OCT signal processing, but allows for peer-to-peer streaming to GPU at peak rates up to 6.8 GByte/s (using firmware option FWDT) for waveform post-processing.FLEXIBLE INTEGRATION
